General Terms

Alpha Precision Armory LLC is a federally licensed firearms business located in Smithville, Texas. All sales, transfers, service work, custom work, shipments, returns, and communications are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Alpha Precision Armory LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, delay, modify, or refund any order, service request, quote, invoice, transfer, shipment, or transaction at its sole discretion.

Prices, descriptions, availability, specifications, policies, and lead times may change without notice. Website content may contain errors or outdated information and may be corrected at any time.

Firearm Sales & Legal Compliance

The customer is responsible for knowing and complying with all laws in their state, county, city, and jurisdiction before placing an order or requesting service.

By placing an order or requesting firearm-related services, the customer confirms that they are legally eligible to own, possess, receive, transfer, and use the firearm, part, accessory, magazine, ammunition, or service requested.

Alpha Precision Armory LLC does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any firearm, part, magazine, accessory, service, or configuration is legal in the customer’s jurisdiction.

Restricted Shipping Locations

Due to changing firearm laws, compliance requirements, and business risk, Alpha Precision Armory LLC does not ship firearms, regulated firearm components, completed builds, or restricted items to the following states or jurisdictions unless expressly approved in writing before the order is accepted:

This list may be updated at any time. Alpha Precision Armory LLC may also refuse shipment to any city, county, municipality, territory, or jurisdiction with additional restrictions, even if the state is not listed above.

FFL Transfers

Firearms will only be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee when required by law. The customer is responsible for providing accurate receiving FFL information before shipment.

The receiving FFL is responsible for completing the transfer according to all applicable laws, including any required background check, waiting period, permit, registration, roster requirement, magazine restriction, or other transfer requirement.

Alpha Precision Armory LLC is not responsible if the receiving FFL refuses the transfer, the customer fails a background check, the customer is legally prohibited from receiving the firearm, or the item is not compliant with the customer’s state or local law.

Shipping

Customers must contact Alpha Precision Armory LLC and receive authorization before shipping any firearm or part for service, repair, coating, customization, inspection, or warranty review. Do not ship any firearm without prior approval.

All firearms shipped to Alpha Precision Armory LLC must be unloaded and packaged safely, legally, and securely. The customer is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and carrier requirements.

Shipping charges, insurance charges, carrier fees, signature fees, transfer fees, and related shipping costs are generally non-refundable. Alpha Precision Armory LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, customer shipping errors, incorrect shipping information, improper packaging, loss, damage, theft, seizure, or failed delivery caused by circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Cancellations

All cancellation, refund, return, or exchange requests must be submitted in writing by replying to the applicable order confirmation, quote, invoice, or active order communication.

Firearms are not eligible for general return once shipped, transferred, picked up, used, modified, inspected by the receiving FFL, or accepted by the customer.

Eligible accessories or parts may be considered for return within 30 days of purchase and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned items must be unused, unmounted, unmodified, undamaged, complete, and approved in writing before return.

Retail orders cancelled before shipment may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after shipment are treated as returns and may be subject to all applicable return costs and fees.

Failed Transfers

Only purchase a firearm if you are certain you can legally receive it and that your selected FFL is willing and legally able to complete the transfer.

If the receiving FFL refuses the transfer, the customer fails a background check, the item is restricted in the customer’s jurisdiction, or the transfer cannot be completed for any reason, the customer is responsible for all resulting costs.

If a firearm must be returned to Alpha Precision Armory LLC due to a failed transfer, a 25% restocking fee plus shipping, insurance, transfer fees, inspection fees, and other applicable costs may be assessed. Any refund, if applicable, will only be issued after the firearm is returned, inspected, confirmed complete, and verified to be in acceptable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom builds, limited edition products, special release products, special-order parts, personalized items, customer-approved gunsmithing, machining, coating, engraving, fitting, laser work, modified firearms, surplus parts, clearance items, and final-sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless Alpha Precision Armory LLC agrees otherwise in writing.

Any add-on, customization, coating, engraving, machining, fitting, or gunsmithing work added to a firearm may cause that item to be treated as a custom product and may make it non-refundable.

Custom Builds & Deposits

Custom build and deposit terms are governed by the Alpha Precision Armory LLC Custom Build & Deposit Agreement. Deposits are required to begin any build or customer-approved work after the build sheet, spec sheet, quote, or written details have been approved.

Deposits on custom builds, limited edition products, special release products, special-order items, personalized work, coatings, engraving, machining, and gunsmithing services are non-refundable.

Alpha Precision Armory LLC will not ship, transfer, release, or make available for pickup any completed build, firearm, part, accessory, or serviced item until the remaining balance is paid in full and payment has cleared.

Warranty & Service

Warranty coverage is governed by the Alpha Precision Armory LLC Limited Warranty & Service Policy. Warranty determinations are made by Alpha Precision Armory LLC after inspection.

Wear parts, consumables, cosmetic wear, finish wear, improper ammunition, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, customer damage, third-party gunsmithing, improper optic mounting, improper spring changes, and non-SAAMI or overpressure ammunition may be excluded from warranty coverage.

Firearms are mechanical tools and require cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and periodic replacement or tuning of serviceable components.

Ammunition Disclaimer

Alpha Precision Armory firearms are built and rated for commercially available ammunition loaded within SAAMI specifications for the firearm’s chambering.

Use of overpressure ammunition, improperly loaded ammunition, remanufactured ammunition, reloaded ammunition, handloaded ammunition, “major” power factor ammunition, competition-loaded ammunition, contaminated ammunition, defective ammunition, or ammunition outside SAAMI specification is done strictly at the user’s own risk.

Alpha Precision Armory LLC is not responsible for damage, accelerated wear, malfunction, injury, loss, or failure caused in whole or in part by improper, unsafe, defective, overpowered, or non-SAAMI ammunition.

Privacy

Alpha Precision Armory LLC may collect personal information needed to respond to inquiries, provide quotes, process orders, complete service requests, verify FFL information, arrange shipping, process payments, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, enforce policies, and protect our business.

Information may include name, email, phone number, billing address, shipping address, receiving FFL information, order details, service details, firearm-related information, payment status, and customer communications.

Alpha Precision Armory LLC does not sell customer personal information. Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary with receiving FFLs, shipping carriers, payment processors, website platforms, service providers, professional advisors, law enforcement, regulatory agencies, or other parties when legally required or reasonably necessary.

Some privacy rights may vary by state. Privacy requests may be subject to legal exceptions, including records that must be retained for firearm compliance, accounting, tax, warranty, service, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal defense, or other lawful business purposes.

Alpha Precision Armory LLC’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Alpha Precision Armory LLC for the product or service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
